We booked two rooms, and both were filthy and unhygienic. There was hair scattered around, and we even found used condom packets. The washrooms clearly hadn't been cleaned properly before check-in. Then the hotel switched off the AC in the morning while we were still in the rooms, which was very uncomfortable. Cleanliness, hygiene and guest service were all far below expectations. I wouldn't recommend staying here if you want a comfortable, hygienic visit. Housekeeping and customer service need serious improvement.

I had settled on a room here, but the person at reception had no manners when speaking to clients. I ended up shifting to another hotel.

The restaurant food was awful and expensive, and the rooms shown to us weren't the ones we actually got. Even after booking one of the best rooms for RS 1500, lights were cut three or four times a day. They didn't provide bathroom basics like soap, toothpaste or shampoo, and hot water wasn't there when needed. The shower also wouldn't work with hot water. They charged extra for each service and didn't provide free water, saying we had to buy it from their restaurant. The TV was very old, and its settings had been changed so people would avoid watching it, apparently to save electricity. Check all of this before booking.

Affordable room rates, a good manager and helpful working persons made this a good hotel to stay at. I totally enjoyed it and had Sairam darshan very conveniently. Thak u SAIBAZ.
