Be careful before booking. The services shown in the pictures weren't available, and some rooms had serious leaks and a damp smell. We didn't get towels or a hot water kettle, and there was no way to get tea or coffee. I'd give the hotel half a star. It seems some of the five-star reviews below may be fake.

I had a comfortable stay here. The rooms were clean and the service was good. Really liked the hotel, and would highly recommend it.

This was the worst stay in Ayodhya, and I don't think it's suitable for families. Manager Rajan Sharma seems greedy for money. Even with a prior booking, if someone walks in and offers him more, he may cancel your reservation or send you to a separate, poor-quality hotel. We had confirmed availability by phone, but he later said he'd received no call. We had to pay extra, and when we complained about his behavior to the travel agency, he denied receiving any additional amount. If you cancel, he charges extra and acts like a goon, threatening to call the police and take you to the station. Don't be taken in by how the hotel looks. If you want your family to be safe, don't book here.

We had to find another hotel right away after this one refused to check us in, even though I’d booked through MMT. MMT support wasn’t helpful either. The place also looked nothing like its pictures. I’d call the hotel a fraud.

The staff were very good, and the location is a big plus: it’s near Ram Mandir and only 0.3km from the railway station. Best hotel in Ayodhya.
