The room was in terrible shape: the toilet flush didn't work, the tap was broken, the geyser was out, the jets spray leaked, and there was no kettle or water. The sheets were dirty, the towels filthy, and the blankets looked like they hadn't been washed in a long time. Cleaning wasn't happening, and the floors were dirty. The attendant reused towels and sheets from previous guests without washing them, and repeated complaints brought no fix. The owner took all the money in advance, and then the nightmare started. When I was away from the room, moneys attacked it through a broken window door and destroyed everything. When I complained, the owner denied it and said it must have been my mistake, or that I had opened the door and should have locked my things away. With all my money already paid, I couldn't do anything. At 10:45 at night I had to search for medical shops to buy food for my infant son. There were no snacks, food, or tea available either. I wouldn't recommend coming here. The owner is paying e-rickshaw drivers to bring guests.

It felt like staying at a dharamshala, with no services and everything left for you to handle yourself. There were ants and a mouse, the landline wasn't working, the bedside tables were broken and looked like garbage, and no kettle was provided. I had to search for milk for my kids myself, and they even refused to provide milk. No tea or snacks were available either.

Don't book this hotel. The owner is too arrogant, and will charge you more than the booking price.

The service was very poor, and they didn't keep their promise even after we had spoken. The geyser wasn't working, there was no hot drinking water, and their attitude toward customers was very bad.
