The lift wasn’t working during the daytime, and the air conditioning only worked when electricity was available. There was no service, and the rooms lacked basic requirements. Dharamshalas are much better than this place. Calling it a hotel feels like an insult to the word and the hotel industry. The place is completely unprofessional.
