The service, cleaning, staff, and manager were all very poor. The manager was rude, and the food was both expensive and disgusting. The hotel is down this route: turn right, go straight, turn right again, then left, and you'll see annpurna rasoi far. The food there is tasty and cheap. They said they don't order from there because we aren't giving them commission. Book a room right above Annapurna rasoi far instead, it's much better. Don't go to this hotel.

The room and hotel floor were very dirty, and the smell was unbearable. My mom, dad, and I sat outside the hotel to get away from it. There were a few positives: you can order food at the hotel and have it delivered to your room, there's a geyser, and it's close to most of the places to visit.

I booked this guest house for the 21st of November, but the charges were very high and the service and facilities were poor. The staff had no manners with guests. The room smelled bad, the bedsheet was dirty, the blanket smelled, and the washroom wasn't clean. Please take action against this guest house quickly, as it's bringing down OYO's reputation.
