Nice rooms, good service, and super food quality.

I’ve stayed here two or three times, and there’s been an issue every time. Last week, there was no hot water, and nobody responded after I complained. The AC runs at a set temperature, so you can’t adjust it. Food is below average too. I wouldn’t recommend it for a business stay. Worst hotel here.

In Baddi, this is a very good hotel. The room service, food, and restaurant service are all high class.

The receptionist was really good and quickly arranged whatever I needed. Rooms are available at affordable prices, and there are lots of sports and games to play. The food, though, wasn’t good. They don’t have non-veg dishes, and the chicken was frozen and had a smell coming off it.

Thanks to Mr. Shashi for supporting us during our stay. The food needs improvement. We ordered lemon coriander soup but got vegetables boiled in lemon water; when we asked the chef, he said that’s how they make it. Later, we asked for salted lassi and were served chaas, with staff saying it was salted lassi.
