The staff were helpful, but very slow, and service was frustrating throughout. Housekeeping, room service and laundry were all poor, and requests often got no response. It took half a day to get a bottle of water. They did eventually change the dirty sheets after repeated requests, but the bedsheets and pillow covers were dirty to begin with. Breakfast was boring and repetitive, the same each of our three days, and didn’t taste good. Other dishes on the menu were decent, though expensive. We were not happy with the experience at all.

The rooms were clean and the food was good, but the washroom was somewhat untidy. The bigger problem is the location. The hotel is on the highway, 2-3 km outside Baddi, a very small town, so it feels remote and there are no auto rickshaws around. With the area so isolated, you can’t really go out after 7 in the dark. I wouldn’t recommend staying here. A less comfortable hotel in town would be better.

The hotel was fine, but there was no wireless internet in the rooms. We managed, though I’d ask the management to add it so guests can enjoy themselves and download more movies for free. Thanks for your overwhelming hospitality.

Even basic things were missing, like a proper lock and hot water. The blanket smelled bad and wasn’t clean. I only stayed one night, but it was a very poor experience. I also left my jacket behind; when I returned for it, they said there was no jacket. I’m sure someone at the hotel had taken it.
