The only thing going for this place is how close it is to Baga beach. The room was small, smelled bad, and wasn't clean, and the water supply was poor. During our three-day stay there was no room service at all. There's no phone in the room, and when we asked for things, no one came up. We had to go to reception and ask three or four times. The manager made it clear that having a booking didn't mean he'd listen to us, and staff were unhelpful about requests or any extra help. It really spoiled the trip.

We only spent one night here, but everything was fine. The rooms were tidy, there's a restaurant on site, and getting to Baga beach was easy on foot. We enjoyed the evening there. The rate felt a little high, though given the location it seemed fair. We had a pleasant stay.

The owners did help when we asked, including arranging a bike rental and drops to the airport or railway station. They were polite when we raised the bathroom water issue and said they'd sort it out. But the supply never improved. It was still the same on the last day of our five-night holiday as it had been when we arrived. Helpful gestures aside, the service was pathetic. I wouldn't stay here.

A safe, quiet place for a group of friends, with Baga beach nearby. Food is pricey, though there are plenty of restaurants around. Room service isn't available.

I've never found nachos as delicious as the ones they make here. The room was clean, bright, and well ventilated, and both the market and the beach are close by. I stayed on my first trip to Goa and fell for the place. My first love in Goa.
