The area around the hotel has hutments, and there isn't a proper reception desk, so it was often unattended. The staff weren't accommodating, and management pushed us to pay the whole bill upfront. The room advertised as deluxe didn't even have a geyser. The photos on the Fab Hotel site are bogus, and this property was not good at all. My booking ID was 3BXJFO. There was no security, and the service was awful. The staff seemed to know nothing, and I felt they were just child labour. If you're going with family, expect taunting. Keep the local police number handy, because anything can happen here. I don't know why oyo does business with them.
The AC, toilet, TV, bed coat, and cleanliness were all perfect. It's newly built, though the paint smell is still there, and the water shortage is irritating. I also had a hard time finding the place.
The room was clean and tidy at check-in, but nobody cleaned it during our stay before checkout. It's very near Baga beach. Room service was just moderate.
The breakfast was awful, and room service was terrible. Once they took the money, they refused to clean the room. Mr Pankaj is the person who did that. I wouldn't recommend staying here.
