My Sea Side Hotel

The location still deserves five stars: walk 50 mts and you’re on Baga beach. But the customer experience in 2026 was awful, even though our 2019 stay had been clean and the service good. We booked two rooms and got only one AC remote. There was no health shower or hot water, the bed linens and quilts were stained and worn, there were no bathroom mats, and the cupboards were full of fungus. Each room got only one towel, and repeated requests didn’t get us another. The boy made lame excuses. They’re wasting the potential of this location. Families should avoid it at any cost.

Only the location was good, and it felt safe for families. There’s no hotel parking, so I had to use pay and park quite far away. The staff and service were very bad, with rude behavior. It felt like a lodge, with no lobby or reception. The bathroom was very dirty, there was no hot water or room freshener, and the general atmosphere wasn’t good. Management should look into cleanliness and repainting the rooms, and hire smart, capable staff.

Check the room before paying the full amount. The photos online aren’t the same as the rooms they gave us. There were three of us, but our room smelled pungent, and the balcony room and extra mattress we booked weren’t provided. We’d asked about parking, but there was nowhere to park. They told us to leave the cars on the road, then the cops locked them up; only afterward were we told to use the pay parking space. The area is very congested, and you have to take stairs to reach the floors. We weren’t even given three bath towels or pillows. Booking here was a total waste.

The room smelled foul, and even the bedsheets were filthy. The online photos are completely fake, and the service was the worst. Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. I’d give zero stars if I could.
