The washrooms were in really bad shape, and basic cleaning and maintenance were missing. For what they offer, the prices are too high. Service was extremely poor and the whole experience was disappointing. They don't deserve even one star.

Management was bad, and the room was poor, with washrooms in even worse condition. Hot water wasn't available when needed, and room service wasn't proper. Not worth the stay.

The service here is third-rate, and the Hotel sai simran rooms were in very bad condition and hadn't been cleaned.

The staff were very arrogant, and there was no cleaning. Rates are high for the level of hygiene, and hot water didn't come when needed.

The boss was especially arrogant and badly behaved, and didn't know how to speak to customers. The staff weren't respectful either. There are plenty of other hotels in shirdi, so I'd choose one of those instead. Thank you.
