The restaurant needs better coordination, responsiveness, and overall dining service for a 3-star hotel. The staff seem sincere and hardworking, but more training and management would make a big difference to the experience. The rest of the stay was good value at standard pricing. Hotel Sai Kamal has been renovated, is well-maintained, and has clean, comfortable rooms at a reasonable price. It's very close to the Sai Baba Temple, which is handy for devotees. The property is known for cleanliness, and the courteous staff and management genuinely try to make guests comfortable. There's good potential here, and better restaurant service would make the stay much more satisfying.

A family-friendly place near Sai baba temple, with really kind staff. The rooms were very good and the service was good too, so the stay felt worth the price. Food was great, though there's room to improve. Would try it again.

For a budget hotel, the amenities are quite good, and the rooms have modern security and access systems. The staff behaved well and responded quickly, and tea is available around the clock. It's clean and offers good service. The Hotel Sai Kamal is close to Shirdi Temple, around a 6-minute walk, especially near the road to Baba's Chavadi. The rooms have sliding windows with mosquito nets, so you can leave them open at night when the weather is pleasant. All rooms have AC, with no non-AC option. Views are limited, since most windows face nearby buildings, and some city noise, such as traffic, carries on at night. I didn't try the food, though the buffet breakfast looked good. Overall, it's a budget stay with excellent amenities.

Hotel Sai Kamal was comfortable and relaxing, with a peaceful feel and a well-maintained property. The facilities were great, and the professional staff were very polite and ready to help whenever I asked. A solid choice for a getaway.
