Hotel Sai Jashan Shirdi - Where blessings & comfort meet

Rajesh Ji at the Front Office was especially professional, warm, and quick to help, and the rest of the staff were courteous too. We stayed one night with our family at Hotel Sai Jashan, Shirdi, and found the rooms clean, spacious, and comfortable. The hotel was well-maintained and had a calm, welcoming feel, with a handy location for temple visits. We'd gladly return, and would recommend it to families and devotees.

The AC in our room didn't work, so managing with just a fan was uncomfortable. Hot water also came through slowly, and there were mosquitoes in the dining area. Dining service was a little slow with only one staff member handling everything, though he was clearly making a great effort. There were some good points too. The location is convenient for Sai Mandir, the shuttle was prompt whenever we needed it, and the rooms were spacious and well-kept. The food was good, with plenty of breakfast choices, and they served breakfast at 7:30 AM as requested. We also appreciated the small token gift at checkout. If I judged it as a 3-star property, I'd give it 4/5. Since it's positioned as 4-star, my expectations were higher, so based on this stay I'd rate it 3/5.

This was our second visit. The best part for me is the transport: they drop you near the temple, then pick you up after darshan. There's also a small hotel near the temple where you can leave footwear and mobiles free of cost. The staff are polite, the rooms are good and reasonably priced, and breakfast was simple and good. It's very close to Shiridi temple. One concern was the washroom floor, which felt a little slippery. I was with my parents, who are over 75, so I felt a bit worried.

Shahul got our check-in and check-out done in just minutes, and the service and hospitality were excellent. The hotel is in a very convenient location, and the complimentary rides between the hotel and temple were a real benefit. Even at 1:30 a.m., the driver was ready to take us to Gate 1 for the early-morning Arathi. Breakfast was excellent too.
