The staff here made the visit for me, they were skilled, professional, and genuinely friendly. Everything was clean and looked after, and the service felt reliable from start to finish. A great option nearby if you care about quality and good customer care. I'd recommend it.

The pool party was good, but the stay itself was a mess. The room walls were filthy, the rooms weren't clean, and the old AC barely cooled anything. The fridge didn't work and was leaking water. Reception was the worst part, the person there was rude and had no idea how to speak to customers. Even milk and tea cost around 90 rupees for a small or half cup, which is quite expensive.

The location near Baga Beach is good, but the way reception handled a basic request left us with a very poor impression. Around 6:30 a.m. on our second morning, we asked for a bottle of drinking water and said it could be counted against the complimentary bottle for the next day. They refused and asked for ₹30, saying complimentary water was only available after 9:30 a.m. After several requests and a long, unnecessary argument, they finally gave us the bottle and adjusted it against the complimentary supply. The staff showed no willingness to help until then. Arguing with guests over one bottle so early in the morning felt unreasonable and unprofessional, especially at a hotel that says it provides complimentary water. We stayed at Sun City, Baga Beach for three days. This lack of basic hospitality and guest friendly service seriously damaged our impression of the hotel. We urge management to look into what happened, take corrective action, and make sure guests are treated courteously and respectfully. A hotel in a prime tourist location like Baga Beach should do better.

The kids especially enjoyed the garden and the clean swimming pool. We booked a premium room, and it was neat and clean. Staff were kind and quick to respond. Baga beach and Titos lane are just 150-200 mts away on foot, with lots of restaurants nearby and a bike rental place right beside the gate. We stayed with family and had a great experience.

It was easy to get around for sightseeing since the hotel is near local attractions. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and well maintained, and the staff were welcoming throughout. The service was excellent. A pleasant stay, and I'd recommend it.
