I was there for about three days for my cousin's wedding. The stay was good overall, and breakfast was good, though it came from a set menu rather than what you'd expect. The management missed some basics, like cleaning the room daily and replacing toiletries and towels. The front desk guys could speak a little English.

The first room had lots of cockroaches. After I asked, the staff moved me to another room and assured me the problem wouldn't happen there, but it was the opposite. I found many baby cockroaches in the bed and even in the wardrobe, and couldn't sleep properly. I wouldn't book this hotel again if I visit Bangalore.

The food was good, but the person at the cash counter on the evening of 27th Nov 2018 was rude. After we ate at the restaurant, he wouldn't even give us tissues and questioned why we needed them.

I stayed here with friends, and they all really liked the comfort and the place. The view from the room's window was nice too.

I paid online through OYO for three nights without knowing what room I'd get. After one night, I found the room was full of cockroaches and called OYO. They connected me with the property caretaker, who said I could move rooms. I wasn't given any checkout documents, and now neither OYO nor the hotel is responding about a refund for the remaining stay. I stayed on 26th July. I wouldn't recommend OYO or this hotel unless you're okay sharing a room with cockroaches.
