Charu Comforts by OYO Rooms

Getting here is easy from the bus and train stations, and it's low cost, but the place is pretty noisy beside a busy street. The decor looks old, and there's no water heater or provision for one, plus no parking area. The rooms are okay for their respective specifications, though breakfast needs more choices. No renovation needed, just maintenance.

Room 207 had bed bugs, and the room itself wasn't good, with no dustbin and a poor bed. The pictures in the OYO app didn't match the actual room, and the rates shown there weren't reasonable, since better rooms were available for less nearby than Charu Comforts. The mail showed one price, but they asked for more. Promised amenities weren't provided, including wifi and complimentary breakfast. It was the worst lodge stay I've had. I wanted to give ZERO, but had to choose the lowest rating. Please don't book.

The place was noisy all the time, and I couldn't sleep at night. The rooms weren't maintained: the door lock didn't work, the A.C. took 10 minutes to power up, the bathroom leaked, and there were plenty of other problems that made staying difficult. Staff were rude and unprofessional, and even the receptionist didn't seem to know anything about the hotel. They kept pressuring us to pay the tariff as soon as we checked in. The location was no good, and even the staff didn't know the hotel's name. This doesn't deserve even one star, and I wouldn't recommend staying here.

The room was large, with an extra bed for my friend, and the service was good. It's near the main city, and the room was clean apart from the bathroom, which was in such bad shape that I'd give it one star at most. There was no parking, which made things harder for anyone arriving by car.
