Collection O 30088 Jayanagar

I’ve stayed here twice. The staff are friendly and helpful, the AC works really well, and the other amenities do too. Rooms are beautiful, with clean linen, clean bathrooms, and quality furniture. You can order food through Swiggy, Zomato, or other apps. The recurring hassle is at reception. They seem to assume every stay is just one day. Even if you booked two or more days through OYO, they sometimes register only one day after check-in, so you have to contact customer care to fix it. Make sure you tell them how long you’re staying when you check in.

The room interior was okay, but the room and bed were very small for a couple. Housekeeping was lazy and hard to get a response from. They’d just say, “Sorry sir, sorry sir.” Cleaning was late every day, after noon Monday to Friday and around 4-6 in the evening on Saturday and Sunday. I stayed for 30 days, and the breakfast never changed. It was the same tasteless Italy, saambhar, rice, and pohe each day. The food at swad e panjab restaurent on the hotel rooftop was never good either. It was a very bad experience at collection O 30088 oyo hotel. I’d tell people not to stay here. I’d give it zero stars if that were an option, but the lowest is one.

The rooms were a little cramped, but OYO’s standards were maintained. Linen and towels were spotless, restrooms were clean, and the in-house restaurant served delicious food. Even the complimentary breakfast was tasty and had a few choices. It’s in a lively area near Koramangala, food joints, and malls. The front desk staff were courteous, and room service was quick, making the stay easy and comfortable. A good place to stay in Bangalore.

The room was far too compact, and it was a horrible stay. It wasn’t clean, the washroom hadn’t been cleaned properly, and the walls and AC were leaking. The door jammed, service was slow, and breakfast was poor. There was a TV, but no subscription.
