The rooms were filthy, and there weren't enough cleaning staff. There were hairs on the bed, cigarette burns on the sheets and pillows, and a nasty toilet. Our temporary replacement room was even worse, and the place seemed not to get cleaned even as a courtesy. One man appeared to be the only cleaner, but he didn't clean and instead guided people to the lift. We also saw disappointed families who had booked expecting a good place. The first room's lock didn't work when we tried to go for lunch, and the receptionist only came over to tell us what we already knew. He then changed our room temporarily, after we had agreed to stay in a room for two while waiting for the promised larger room with more space. There were three of us, visiting for a family function, and we'd booked for two days after speaking with reception by phone. They'd assured us they had a big room for all three, but when we arrived at the agreed time, there was no room available. They eventually gave us one, and promised to move us to a bigger room later, but that didn't happen. Even for a short stay, this place felt like somewhere drunkards book rooms. Please research carefully and choose another hotel. Don't go through what we did.
