We took four rooms, and all of them had bed bugs. The rooms were tiny, dirty, and in bad condition, with damaged door locks. Staff at reception were rude, and their treatment of girls, families, and couples was very bad. There was no parking for guests, apparently they wanted space for the owner’s car. If a car was parked there, they might call at 3:00AM asking you to move it. They didn’t provide water bottles, and we had to pay for water. Not recommended at all.

This place was far too expensive for such a cheap, nasty hotel. Booking online and then checking in was a huge disappointment. The sheets and bedspreads were filthy, the room smelled bad, and the toilets were a mess. Don’t book here at any price, and don’t trust the positive comments. This is genuine feedback.

We took four rooms, and every room and bathroom was poor. The parking area was very small too. Receptionists were extremely rude and service was awful. A terrible experience, don’t choose these rooms.

The hotel was terrible, easily the worst I’ve stayed at in Bangalore. They charged 2800 Rs for one hour to freshen up, which is way too much. A very bad hotel.
