For a short work trip, this was practical and convenient. The WiFi held up for meetings and calls, and parking was easy to get to with my rental car. The food was decent and not too heavy, and service came quickly.

We held a small party at Grand Season, and it became a really memorable event for us. The food tasted fabulous, and the staff were courteous and amazing. Mr. Kumar, the owner, oversees the hotel and made our day special. Many thanks to him. I had a fabulous experience here.

The power went out during the function, and the generator was delayed. Dinner was an hour later than planned, so guests waited an hour after the program. There was no staff helping or taking the initiative on basics like refilling food, keeping it warm, or setting out utensils. Communication was poor, and we had to keep running around to ask for proper service. The whole experience was the worst.

Food came to my room warm and well prepared, and the WiFi connected right away without repeated logins. I arrived quite late, but check-in was smooth and there was still parking available that felt safe. It made for an easy late-night stay.

Guests left without lunch at our planned baby shower because hotel management failed to arrange the food, even though we had informed them a week ahead. We asked several times when it would be served and got no proper communication. The worst service I’ve ever experienced, the only one I’d call the worst.
