Hotel O Sagar Comforts

The staff, including the receptionist, were cooperative, and the place was peaceful. It was clean and hygienic both inside and outside the room. I found it a good hotel for a solo stay or with family.

Stay away from this hotel. The staff are incredibly stupid. Couples, please don't go. They knock on the door and try to open it.

At 10.30 at night, they refused to accept online payment or honour a booking made on the app. They demanded nearly double the amount already paid through the Oyo app, and wouldn't listen to the Oyo team. Their message was pay cash and check in, or walk out, leaving guests stranded on the road near midnight through no fault of their own. Why list your property with Oyo if you won't honour the bookings? Oyo should check which properties it lists. Find a property that honours its commitment instead of telling guests to leave. Don't book this hotel unless you're prepared to have this guy demand extra money and insist on payment directly to the hotel.

I brought an e-copy of my Aadhar card, but they wouldn't accept it, even after Oyo stepped in and told them I was a regular customer. I understand the need for security, but without some common sense, they will only lose customers.
