Room service was available, but they couldn't fix any of the problems. The AC didn't work, the fans made an awful noise, and the bathroom door wouldn't close. There was no extra bed, and with no elevator, you have to climb two or three floors.

Be careful, there are two hotels with this name, one at NR Complex, Murgeshpalya and another near Leela Palace. This review is for the NR Complex branch, on the first and second floors, with reception on the first and rooms on the second. All the rooms have AC and are decent enough. My first room had a broken shower head, but the staff moved me after I told them. Room service was fine, and there's WiFi and free breakfast. The food comes from Udipi Restaurant and is vegetarian. I liked it, though I found it a little expensive, and others may feel differently.

Our stay went really well. The room was neat, clean, and looked after properly.

It's right on the main road, close to a bus stop and shopping complex. The place feels somewhere between a lodge and a hotel, about what you'd expect from a budget stay, and could be fine if you're only using the room to sleep. The toilet was just tolerable, not very clean. The mattress and sheet were old, though comfortable.
