A huge rat was in the room, and the place was badly maintained. The manager charged us extra, then kicked us out, saying the owner wouldn’t allow us to stay. He demanded more cash and had me send it to another number. Avoid this place at all costs.

The food and corkage/BYOB prices are ridiculous. The cost doesn’t match the value or the overall experience, and the atmosphere doesn’t justify paying so much. For those prices, I could hold my party at a 4-5 star hotel with a much better setting. Save your money for a place with better quality and a nicer atmosphere.

The ambience is really good, which is why I went in, but it didn’t make up for the rest. The washrooms were awful, and nobody even offered water or a glass after we sat down. Prices on the menu board are really high, the food quality was poor, service was poor, and they made mistakes on the bill. Restaurant staff need proper training across the board. I don’t recommend this place to families, friends, or anyone. Owner, please take a look and respect the good ambience by working on the service. I hope the restaurant can improve and bounce back.

The hotel is surrounded by two alcohol shops and two bar n restraunts, and groups of men seem to come there mainly to get drunk for the night. The room looked nothing like the pictures. There were stained linens, dirty corners, mosquitoes, and a truly awful bathroom.
