I stayed just one day because they didn’t honor my FabHotel booking. The bathroom ceiling had water leaking through, and with no ventilation, the smell spread into the room. There was no service. I only chose this place because I had no other option.

The staff were friendly, and there was parking in the basement. The rooms were clean and had hot water.

The bed hadn’t been cleaned properly, which made the room uncomfortable. The AC also wasn’t working right, and there were cockroaches in the room. On top of that, we kept having electricity problems. Basic upkeep and cleanliness need a lot of work.

We stayed for a few days. The rooms were okay, though they weren’t maintained very well. There were cockroaches in the washroom, and the AC ran without cooling properly. They brought an extra fan, which helped a little. The power was the main problem. The electricity kept cutting out, and we couldn’t even charge our phones.

The smell from the drain filled the room, and I was shocked to find fungus growing near the washroom door. The room itself was unclean, with cockroaches in the washroom, and neither the phone nor the TV worked. When we raised it with receptionist Manu, he denied there was a problem and made no effort to help. It was one of the worst hotel stays I’ve had, with equally poor customer service.
