The location and breakfast were decent, but those were about the only good things. The place stinks of fungus, and the property seems to have put little or nothing into its upkeep. There are hardly any staff, all the restaurants are closed so there's no room service, and the linen is terrible. There's very little parking for four-wheelers, only one lift works, the windows are in very bad shape, and the AC doesn't work at all. I'd avoid this hotel and stay away from the mould, which could cause a lung infection.

The rooms were the letdown for me. They feel dated, the air conditioning doesn’t work properly, and the complimentary breakfast was only average. From outside, though, the hotel looks nice.

Honestly, this was the worst hotel I’ve seen. There was no proper cleaning or service, and nobody had answers about a late check-in. The workers were very quiet while the manager shouted at them, and money was deducted for silly reasons. Is that right? It feels like you’re enjoying the workers’ hard work while they come from another state, work hard, and still don’t get a proper salary or get paid on time. If you can’t provide proper service, at least please treat the workers with respect. 🙏🏻

I’ve stayed here three times, including a full week this time, and have had excellent service each visit. The staff are courteous and quick to help. Mr. Anjan and Mr. Mansoor Pasha at the front desk were especially good, and service was available around the clock. A very good hotel to stay at.
