We couldn’t sleep at all because the room had a serious cockroach and bed bug problem. The AC wasn’t working properly either, and there wasn’t even a fan. A terrible stay.

We couldn’t even last half an hour there. The rooms were old and unhygienic, with dirty floors, bedspreads and walls. Just horrible.

At 2,000 a night, this room is far too expensive. There was no water bottle or dental kit, the lights were very dim, and with the AC broken there was no fan. The wardrobe doors were damaged and the bathroom had no latch.

We booked two nights but left after just one. There were cockroaches in the room and the toilet was filthy, and the service was really bad. At checkout, the staff member seemed more focused on phone calls than hearing our feedback. The ratings and photos had made this look like a decent place, and I honestly feel misled.

Really clean, neat room and great service. It’s budget friendly too, everyone should give it a try.
