OYO 78407 Collection O S Comfort

The food was good, and the bellboy was cheerful and nice. I also found the location really convenient, though Bangalore traffic was the usual. The rooms were mostly clean and well maintained, and the listed amenities like hot water and backup power were available. Cleaning wasn't the best, but it was better than most OYO Townhouse places. The cafes and restaurants nearby were better than most options within 3 km. I tried four different ones during my two-day stay, so I needed to find places to eat. Getting the room ready was a different story. I arrived at 3 pm, three hours after the noon check-in time, but still waited over 30 minutes because they hadn't cleaned a room. I'd called ahead to say I was coming. When I complained, they told me to contact OYO customer care and find another hotel. I would've canceled and gone to a Fabhotel or Ginger instead if I hadn't paid so much for two days. I knew OYO customer care was worse, so I stayed and hoped they'd sort it out. The next day I waited about four hours for the room to be cleaned. I called reception several times, but each time they said the boy was busy and would come shortly.
