OYO Capital O 4645 Span Suites

I spent five days here and found it peaceful. Everyone was kind, generous, and patient in looking after guests. Mr. Tahir leads a team that's doing a good job. He's a nice, handsome, lovely guy. Thanks for the care and support.

I chose this place for its convenient location and booked several rooms for relatives attending a small function. That turned into a big mistake. The hotel is poorly maintained, and the staff showed little interest in fixing anything. Garbage bags left by the corridor smelled awful, and they refused to replace the bedspreads or quilts. They looked like they were washed perhaps once a month, and had gone from white to yellow with stains. There was no change of bedspread. For a budget hotel, all I expected was a clean room with basic facilities, but I left frustrated and disgusted.

There was no phone to call the lobby or request service, and the TV had no cable connection. The bathroom was dirty too. Inside the room, I found cigarette smell, dirty and stained sheets, poor upkeep, and a lot of dirt under the bed. Please avoid this hotel.

The rooms are spacious, and the rates are affordable, like other OYO stays. Staff and management were cooperative, and the location on Hosur Road is attractive, close to the busy Electronic City area of Bangalore. One of our three rooms had a musty smell, though, and room cleaning wasn't regular. Parking is awful because the way in is so narrow. Construction nearby has left debris and materials around, while the entrance is often blocked and the hotel entrance itself is hard to spot.
