I stayed for a whole month and had no complaints. The staff and service were genuine, and the owner was one of the politest, friendliest people I've met. If you need anything, just ask and he'll arrange it. I felt safe and had a fantastic stay, so I'd rate it 100/100. It's very close to the national highway, the price is perfect, and the service is great. Stay here if you're in Bangalore. 😊

I booked through the oyo app on 7 Dec, 2019, for OYO 62672 Rg grand highway hotel in arasinakunte, bangalore. My booking ID was ZICQ6381, and I got an email and message confirming it. I was traveling with my family, including one child. When we arrived in Bangalore, I couldn't get a reply from the hotel manager. Oyo support then told me the property was fully booked and suggested another place far away with very low ratings. I contacted support several times but got no help, and one executive was rude and misbehaved. At the location, we couldn't find the hotel because its boards and branding had been removed. I eventually found it above a restaurant and spoke to the receptionist, who said the owner had changed and the oyo id was blocked. He also said the hotel was full. I argued because I had women and children with me and there was no other hotel nearby. He finally offered us a room for extra charges, outside the oyo booking. Because of the support executives' negligence, my family and I suffered during the trip. It was beyond what I could tolerate.

I'm very disappointed. The reception staff don't know how to treat customers. An older man handling check-in acted as though we were homeless and asking him for shelter. After that, an insult would almost feel like a consolation to customers trying to do business with this hotel.

We booked a room for three people but were given only a double bed. When we asked about it, they blamed oyo and mocked us for not knowing kannada and hindi. It was a terrible experience.
