There was plenty of hair and dust on the unclean bed sheets, and bugs everywhere. The rooms were spacious, but I still wouldn't recommend the place. Don't ask reception to call you a taxi: they charge double and seem to make more than the driver. For the airport cab they arranged, I paid 1300 rupees while the driver received only 800. If you're single, don't worry 😉

They kept us waiting an hour after check-in while they cleaned the rooms, and we weren't given the included breakfast. On the second day, they wouldn't provide towels, blaming the laundry service. The service was poor, and I wouldn't recommend this hotel to travellers.

Getting basic things from room service took too long, whether I asked for water, food, or batteries for the room AC. The towels weren't clean, and breakfast was much too spicy for me.

The rooms felt a bit small, and the Wi-Fi was pretty bad, though the TV and geyser worked well. The reception staff and other guys there were the best part. It's worth considering if you need to stay near Apollo and Fortis. I might come back if I visit Bangalore again.

The staff were helpful and always smiling. My room was spacious, with AC, a TV, and a clean bathroom, and the hotel is very close to IIM Bangalore. They said food ordered from the hotel would arrive quickly.
