Treebo Select Wilson Garden

The rooms and interiors are good quality, and room service was helpful. A call was enough to get what we needed, including food or plates. There's a gym and pool on the top floor. The main drawback is that there's no parking, so you have to leave your vehicle on the road. Otherwise, a very nice place to stay.

The staff are very friendly and polite, but the service feels unprofessional, especially since Treebo took over. If you treat it like a guest house with limited facilities, it may be okay. For a hotel, I wouldn't recommend it to business travelers unless they can spend a little more. There's no ventilation or central AC, and the carpet makes the air feel stale and unhealthy. The showers are rusty and don't work properly. During the day there's no food, not even tea, apart from using the hot kettle, and breakfast is outsourced. The dining room has only four or five tables and isn't comfortable for guests at breakfast. The once-fancy decor that might appeal to middle-class travelers is worn out and in poor shape. At 1,200 rupees a room it might be worth considering, but I wouldn't pay more.

The location isn't great, but the hotel is well maintained. Rooms are clean, spacious, and staff are genuinely friendly. Breakfast is simple but good.

The buffet breakfast is nice, and there are plenty of good eateries nearby too. The hotel is in a posh area, with a swimming pool and good amenities. Staff are always helpful, ready to accommodate requests, and greet you with a smile. It really feels like a home away from home. I'd recommend it to business travelers, and management seems good.
