Treebo Tiba

The food was a bright spot. Lunch was well cooked, and the complimentary breakfast had decent choices. The property has some nice amenities, but maintenance and cleanliness took away from the stay. The AC kept showing a “CF” error and wouldn't cool properly; even after we told staff, it wasn't fixed. The washroom smelled unpleasant and wasn't clean enough, and there was no mirror light in either the bedroom or washroom. Water leakage had left damp, misty patches on the bedroom wall. Getting there was inconvenient too. The hotel is down a narrow, congested lane among old buildings, and Rapido and Uber cabs wouldn't drive right to the entrance. With luggage, guests have to walk around 50 metres. The food and amenities are good, but the upkeep, cleanliness, and access need attention.

The reception staff were courteous and helped with all our requests. I hadn't expected the room to have two beds, which worked well for our family of four, and the kids were comfortable. The bathroom was very clean and had steady hot water. Don't judge the hotel just by its location, it was a very good stay for us.

The room itself was good, and breakfast was only average. The hotel's deep inside a narrow lane, though, and the poor location may make you not want to stay there.

I used both a single and a double room over a few nights at Treebo Tiba. They were clean, well kept, and looked like the photos online. The beds were comfortable, the AC worked well, and the bathrooms were spotless with hot water available 24/7. Housekeeping was prompt, and the free WiFi stayed stable while I worked. Getting checked in was quick and easy both times. The receptionist was polite and very helpful, with good tips for local food spots. After my long journey, she also arranged an early check-in at no extra cost, which helped a lot. Breakfast was fresh and tasty, with idli, dosa, bread, and tea or coffee. Simple, but good quality. I ordered dinner from the in-house menu once, the Kerala parotta and chicken curry were excellent and reasonably priced, and room service was fast. They provide bottled water, a tea and coffee kit, toiletries, and a TV with all major channels. There's also parking, a plus in this area. Restaurants and shops are nearby, and autos and ride-shares are easy to find on the main road. Treebo Tiba gave me good value, and the staff's extra effort made the stay comfortable. I'd stay here again, whether booking a single or double room.
