Mr. Umesh helped us during our stay and made sure everything went smoothly and comfortably. His professional, helpful attitude made a real difference. I’ve visited Vanusa Residency several times, and each stay has been very pleasant, with a comfortable atmosphere and consistently excellent service. It’s a welcoming place to stay, and I highly recommend it.

The staff are good, and the room is very good too. It’s in a great area near the market, bus stand, railway station, and metro. The only issue is that you may get 10-15 unwanted guests, cockroaches, keeping you company in the room. 😄

You get access to all the major locations from this spot in the heart of the city. For the price, the rooms are decent. They aren’t very spacious, but they’re clean and well maintained, with good beds and clean sheets. The bathrooms are cared for and kept hygienic.

The location is quite good, and the room was neat and clean as expected. The staff were supportive too. But during our stay the number 4 lift switch wasn’t working for two days, which caused us trouble. We had to take the first lift to the 5th floor and then use the stairs to get to our room. I hope the management fixes it, especially since this is a real problem for people with leg issues. Otherwise, everything was good.

I called to book a room for 8th June, and the person on the other end abruptly said there were no rooms available for that date, then cut me off before I could say anything. Yet their site showed rooms available, as did online platforms. The way they handled the call was very disappointing and pathetic.
