The Bright Side Resort

The bathroom had no soap or toiletries at all, just none of the basic washables you’d expect at a paid stay. The room itself was neglected, unhygienic, and clearly hadn’t been inspected before it was assigned. Cleanliness was poor throughout. Power kept cutting out without explanation, so resting or working was impossible. There was no backup, communication, or urgency from staff. They seemed completely indifferent to guest comfort. Their rude, unprofessional response made it worse. They dismissed concerns without apology and came across as hostile, as if the inconvenience were the guest’s fault. Between the poor facilities, arrogant service, and missing essentials, this place shows no regard for basic hospitality. I strongly advise others to avoid it unless they enjoy discomfort and disrespect.

When we raised issues, their rude and unprofessional responses were indifferent and defensive, as though the inconvenience were somehow our responsibility. Substandard facilities, discourteous service, and missing essentials show a disregard for basic hospitality. Anyone who values comfort and respect should avoid this property.

The rooms are spacious and good, and the riverbank location is a sight to experience. They charge extra for room heaters, though, which should be included at this room price. I’d look for better options first, but if nothing else is available, this place is also good.

The location is good, but the stay fell short. The basic amenities were lacking, the food wasn’t up to the mark, and the furniture quality needs improvement.
