The staff were rude and didn’t seem professionally trained, and the service was really awkward. We were there for a ceremony, but the location itself felt very strange. They served cold, rotten food. You’d definitely get food poisoning from eating it. Never go there.
I was given a non-AC room, which I think was their mistake. Apart from that, the location is good and the service was friendly. Otherwise, it would be five out of five.
The waiters were okay 😊, but the manager spoke rudely and the way customers were treated was bad. I wouldn’t go 🚫.
The service was very poor. They don’t take OYO bookings and will pressure you to cancel yours, then book directly with them. Avoid this hotel.
The staff behaved very badly, and there was no room service.
