At night people were shouting, and someone knocked on my door for no reason. The room had no phone for room service and no hanger in the washroom. The mattresses were poor quality too. Very poor service and a bad stay.

There were used condoms in the bin, and the room smelled terrible. It was probably the worst room I've ever stayed in. I'm amazed I didn't get sick. The only decent thing is that it's near a decent mall.

The main road location is convenient, but metro work on Batala Road is slowing the approach for the last 1.8 km. The Deluxe rooms and Mahal inn suite are quite spacious, and for the price it's good value.

The staff, including room service and management, were helpful, and Mr. Shamsher Singh and Mr. Manpreet Singh deserve special thanks for the warm welcome. The rooms were neat, clean, and attractive, double rooms cost very reasonable rates, and the food was good too.

I keep choosing this hotel when I visit. The food is excellent, the rooms are comfortable, and the staff are friendly, especially shamsher paji and sanjeev paji. Good value for money.
