For a business stay, getting help was a hassle. There was no reception or room service number in the room, so I had to go downstairs to reception every time I needed something. The hot water never came, even after I complained several times. Staff just said, “it’s summer,” and nothing was fixed. The room was a decent size and the AC worked well, but the bed and pillows seemed old and weren't comfortable. This was the worst business trip hotel experience I've had, and I wouldn't recommend it to business travellers who need basic comfort and service.

We held a party for 12 guests there. The hall had plenty of space, and the food tasted great. Mr Rahul provided really good service.

The service was slow and the food quality was poor. I had a very bad experience, so I can't recommend it.

We'd been looking forward to a dinner date at Casa Divine. The ambiance was nice and the staff were courteous, but afterward my wife and I both fell ill. Looking back at what we'd eaten, we thought the Cigar rolls may have caused it. It was a real disappointment after hearing good things about the place. I hope management takes this seriously and checks its food handling and hygiene practices so this doesn't happen to anyone else. We would have preferred to leave a positive review, but health and safety come first.
