OYO 12742 Vasundhra Heights

The hospitality was very good, and I was happy to spend 2300 bucks for this stay. The WiFi signal wasn't working properly, and the rooms and washroom should be cleaned better, even though the staff were doing it. Apart from that, it was a good stay and worth the money.

The manager's nature and behavior were very good, but I wouldn't recommend the hotel. There was no restaurant, so we had to get food from outside, and its quality was very bad. The hotel is in the main market and traffic is a problem. It took 30 min to reach the hotel, and 30 min just to cover 1 km.

At checkout, the receptionist blamed me for marks on the pillow and bedsheet, then behaved badly and threatened to charge a penalty. Those spots were already there when I checked in, but I didn't feel like making a fuss, so I ignored them. That was a mistake. The staff member could have handled it politely, but his response was unprofessional. Please point out any problems as soon as you arrive, or you may be blamed and charged for them.

I stayed two days and wouldn't give this OYO hotel even one star. The rooms are tiny, and the TV picture was awful. Staff weren't good at all and didn't know how to speak to customers. Don't trust the hotel photos.
