The rooms weren't clean, and we didn't get towels or drinking water. When we asked for water, we were told it would cost extra, even though we'd paid the full amount including GST. The staff treated our group rudely, and the basic facilities we expected weren't there. Service was very poor. I wouldn't book here again or recommend it for groups. There are plenty of hotels at this price with better facilities and service.

The only real plus was the location: Karol Bag Metro Station is about a 10-15 minute walk away. When we asked for water, they gave us tap water to fill our own bottle. There weren't the usual one or two bottles waiting in the room, and no slippers either, so we were left barefoot or wearing our shoes. The room smelled like cigarettes, and most of the drawer handles were broken. We stayed in March 2024.

Our group had a terrible stay. Staff were rude and unresponsive, and we weren't given basics like towels or drinking water. The service felt deeply unethical to us. I strongly wouldn't recommend this hotel, especially for groups.

The rooms aren't soundproof, and they don't provide hot water for drinking. Staff also give you nothing when you ask. This didn't feel suitable for the three-star rating they claim.

The location was the only good part. We had no towels or water in the rooms, and when we asked, they said we'd have to pay extra. I don't recommend the hotel. Maybe we were treated that way because we were students. This was some of the worst service I've had.
