The online booking photos seem misleading, perhaps heavily edited or from different properties, because the actual rooms look little like them. The rooms were unhygienic, with visibly stained, dirty sheets, mold on the walls, and mosquitoes and other insects. I wouldn't consider this suitable for families. Staff seemed unprofessional and got argumentative when concerns were raised, rather than addressing them courteously. This property fell well short of expectations for cleanliness and service. I'd advise prospective guests to be cautious and consider somewhere else. I don't recommend this hotel.

The AC kept the room cool all night, and the interior was hygienic and quiet. The hotel staff were courteous and well-mannered.

The food was very bad and seemed low-grade or like leftovers, and the room wasn't hygienic. Housekeeping was poor too. At Hotel Arrow 19, staff behaved unprofessionally, didn't know how to greet or handle guests, and kept asking unnecessary questions. They also handled local ID policies in a rude, confusing way. It was a very uncomfortable stay. I wouldn't recommend this hotel unless its service, hygiene, and staff training improve.

The rooms were the best I've ever had, and the price was awesome. I had a very good experience. The staff were good, and Manager Mr. Pankaj Singh had a very good manner and personality.
