The receptionist was rude and unhelpful, and the room charging sockets didn’t work properly, which was inconvenient. I’d booked two rooms online at OYO Stayo, but was charged an extra ₹200 at check-in without a clear reason. Poor service and not worth the money. I don’t recommend it.

The receptionist was rude, and they charged double the OYO price as an extra amount. The room, toilet, and service were very bad. This was my first time having such a bad experience with OYO. It’s not suitable for families or couples. Don’t go with your family.

Good ventilation, available parking, helpful staff, and nice service. The rooms are clean and hygienic, with good facilities. Overall, it felt like a three-star hotel experience.

They showed me three rooms to choose from, and every one had cockroaches all over, from the floors to the beds. The bathrooms were disgustingly dirty and smelled awful. When I asked staff to clean one, they just sprayed room freshener instead. The lack of basic cleanliness and care was inexcusable. This stay was a nightmare, and I wouldn’t recommend the property to anyone. I booked it through Booking.com, but the listing photos were blatantly deceptive and nothing like the actual place. I urge Booking.com and OYO to investigate the listing and take strict action. If this is the standard they allow, it raises serious concerns about quality, hygiene, and trust.
