The ambience at Clarks Inn Basti was classy and comfortable, and the hotel’s decor looked beautiful and was well managed. The food was excellent in taste, quality, and presentation. Dinesh Sir, Ranjeet Sir, and Kuldeep Sir from the service team were polite, professional, and attentive the whole time. They supported us throughout the event, coordinated things well, and made sure the arrangements went smoothly. Their hospitality made the experience even more memorable.

Breakfast had plenty of options and was good, and Kuldeep, the restaurant manager, made sure we were well looked after. Saira welcomed us at reception and made check-in pleasant and easy. The hotel is well located and convenient for getting around. Service was great overall, and the facilities are among the best in the area. There were a few small pros and cons, but nothing major, and they could be improved. We enjoyed our stay and would be happy to return.

MR. RAMJI, thanks for the service. The restaurant staff were polite, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. Our orders came quickly and on time, and they made sure we had what we needed. The service felt smooth and well managed. The food was freshly made, delicious, and nicely presented, with plenty of choices. Both the taste and quality were better than I expected. I’m very happy with the food and service. ❤️❤️

Amit Ji and the GM of the Hotel deserve special thanks. The whole Clarks Inn team made my stay pleasant and memorable, and I’d highly recommend the hotel to anyone visiting Basti. The staff were courteous, welcoming, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. The atmosphere was peaceful and comfortable throughout. Everything was kept hygienic and in great condition, from the rooms to the common areas. It’s rare to find service and cleanliness held to such a high standard. The dining area was another highlight: each meal was fresh, flavorful, well prepared, and beautifully served.
