We booked two rooms in an emergency, and the stay was terrible. There was no water, and mosquitoes filled the rooms. Staff were rude and careless, with no sense of customer service. They first confirmed by phone that breakfast was complimentary, then added it to the bill the next day, and didn't even seem to know it was supposed to be included. While I waited for breakfast, they wasted time chatting. The bill took over an hour, and I had to remind them about it. My cab driver ended up waiting 20 minutes, and the bill was wrong too because they charged us for water. I'd never recommend this place. The management was awful and the behavior very unprofessional.

The management felt careless and unresponsive, and the stay wasn't worth the money. Service was extremely poor, with staff poorly coordinated. There was no Wi-Fi or breakfast, and the washroom was missing basic items. I had to keep asking for a towel and other essentials, and they didn't provide even one complimentary bottle of water. I had a very disappointing stay at Hotel Stay Inn Classic, Bathinda, and wouldn't recommend it to anyone seeking a comfortable, professional experience.
