Breakfast service can run late, which may throw off your morning plans, and the food quality could be better. On the positive side, the rooms are comfortable, very neat, and well maintained. Housekeeping was quite good, and the reception staff were cooperative.

Being right across from the railway station made getting around easy, with the market and other transport nearby. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. Hotel Royalista exceeded my expectations, and I’d highly recommend staying here.

As a solo woman traveler, I felt safe and comfortable throughout my stay. The room was spacious, clean, and had the essentials, while the staff were warm, professional, and helpful. The hotel is well placed for local attractions and public transport, too. I enjoyed the food at the in-house restaurant, especially being able to customize the menu to my preferences. The front desk team were prompt and friendly. It was a pleasant, easy stay, and I’d gladly come back.

The rooms were clean, spacious, and kept in good shape, and the property itself was nice. But the service was a letdown. Our requests kept getting delayed, and one of the managers argued with us and acted unprofessionally instead of helping resolve things. The poor service overshadowed the stay.
