OYO 3509 Hotel Celebration

The service was prompt and good, and there's a restaurant downstairs with decent food. The hotel is near Hanuman Chowk in Bhatinda, accessed from the back of the street. It has dedicated parking at the back, though I couldn't find any security there overnight. The rooms weren't clean, as is the case with OYO rooms, since it's managed by OYO. There were stains on the bedsheet, and the blanket was filthy, so I asked for another. The dirt on the second one wasn't visible, I'd say. The washrooms were clean but smelled really bad. Tap water was dirty and very hard, with a high salt content. Still, if you just need somewhere to sleep for the night, it's decent enough. I expect this sort of thing from OYO.

The people were polite and service was good. Rooms were clean, though they looked shabby. There's a veg restaurant and sweet shop on the ground floor serving very nice food. The hotel is on the main road and easy to reach, in a convenient part of bhatinda with other hotels, restaurants and shops nearby. Despite all that, it isn't crowded. The railway station is a 15 minute walk. I booked directly and got a better deal than ibibo. A good place to stay with family. Please press the like button after reading this.

Food tasted good, the staff were nice, and the rooms are neat and clean if you get one on the ground floor. But food service is slow, and you may need to call at least twice before anyone responds. Online bookers get put on the first floor or higher, with staff saying ground floor rooms aren't available. I think that's always a lie. If you take a first floor room, cockroaches will stay with you. I had to pay 500 extra for a ground floor room. It was an okay experience, but they shouldn't deny ground floor rooms to online bookers just because they got a discount from the app.

The art is amazing, you could spend a whole day just looking at it. Great service, rooms and hotel too. The cocktail bar is really unique, and a new restaurant is getting ready to open downstairs. It's a quick walk or car ride to anywhere.
