We attended a full wedding function at the property. The staff were cooperative, but there were many service issues, and better training and coordination are needed. The rooms weren't cleaned thoroughly, and housekeeping needs to improve. Food during the wedding events was literally disappointing, and guests felt its quality needed substantial improvement. The wedding decorations also fell short, with no proper setup and an incomplete overall presentation. Our stay and event experience was average, just okayish, and several areas need work to meet expectations. I hope these points help improve the place for future guests and events.

We held a one day family wedding event at Haut Monde Rajputana Palace, and the hotel's arrangements were superb. The Haldi function was by the pool, and the wedding ceremony took place at Vatica lawn. The food was delicious, and the staff provided very good service. Thanks to Haut Monde Rajputana Palace for the hospitality and kind gesture.

2/10
The rooms were uncomfortable because they weren't well maintained, with visible dust, poorly cleaned bathrooms, and basic amenities missing or not working properly. Service was far below expectations too. Staff seemed untrained and unresponsive, simple requests took much too long, and the restaurant service was slow and inattentive. The food was underwhelming in both taste and presentation for the price. Overall, my experience at Hotel Haut Monde Rajputana was extremely disappointing, especially given the reputation it tries to maintain. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone seeking comfort, cleanliness, or good service. There are much better options at similar or lower prices.

We really enjoyed the New Year event on the lawn, with nonstop performance. The hotel has a heritage look, and the rooms were clean and spacious. There was a good choice of tasty food across all meals, and the staff were well mannered. I booked it for New Year celebrations and recommend it for a family stay.

The food was the highlight of our stay, absolutely amazing and well prepared. Families and kids will especially like the fantastic play area. Rooms were comfortable, and the amenities were well maintained. The washrooms could be improved, but the ambience was pleasant and relaxing, making this a soothing place to stay.
