Dinner was a pleasant surprise. As a vegetarian, I often find it hard to get variety, but we really enjoyed the food and the hospitality. Thanks to pooja. Breakfast at ice and spice was amazing too, with fresh fruit, juices, and plenty more in the buffet. Sandeep was very helpful, and the staff's Hindi and English made things easier for us. We had a wonderful stay, with clean rooms and humble staff.

Lunch and dinner were good and tasty, and I found the spacious room relaxing. The hotel is in a strategic spot, and the room also had a separate work table. What I didn't like was the meal arrangement when booking a room with lunch or dinner. The hotel sets a different menu each day, and if we don't like some of those dishes, there's no other option. I think guests should be able to choose what they like.

The ambience made the meal comfortable, and the staff were polite, prompt, and attentive. The food was fresh, full of flavour, and cooked just right. I had a wonderful dining experience and would visit again.

I stayed for one night. The rooms were spacious, neat, and clean, and breakfast had a good range of options. There’s underground parking, and the place has a swimming pool with the restaurant attached.

At the cinnamon restaurant in Belgaum, Mr. Rahul, the manager, was really nice and accommodating. Whenever we came in for a meal, Champa and Sandeep went well out of their way to help. They're hardworking and do a lot to keep customers happy. I highly recommend this place.
