We checked in on the 6th January 2026, and after this stay, I won't be checking in there again. The service was horrible, so we checked out on the 3rd morning. The bedsheet was horrible, the blanket had stains, and the towels we never used were off white and dirty. Every morning we had to call the receptionist for hot water, and the bathroom was all stained. We even had to ask for hangers and glasses to drink water. Hotel hygiene gets a big ZERO. I'd rate this hotel 0. Anyone planning to stay should see that you get a better place to check in.

Dear [Guest Name], I sincerely apologize for the experience you had with our staff. This isn't the level of service we aim to provide. I'm addressing it with my team so we can do better in the future. I'd welcome the chance to discuss this with you further. Please reach out to me directly at

Ask about vacancy first. The lodge is very near the Bus Stand and Shopping Market, and it's good for a family or friends stay in Belgavi. The lodge is good and clean, with nice management, good tiffin, and very well maintained, clean rooms with beds and all. Nice 👍

I wouldn't order from this restaurant again. The food was the worst I've ever eaten.
