We were made to feel welcome from the moment we arrived, especially by the two reception managers. Many thanks to Mr. Shambhu for his warm hospitality and excellent support throughout our trip. The staff were very polite and helpful, and the restaurant team treated us so well. We booked breakfast and dinner, and both were excellent, with fresh, tasty food and good variety each day. They even arranged a special dinner we chose one day, which we really appreciated. Our room was spacious, neat, and clean, with beautiful views. The hotel is within walking distance of MG Marg, handy for shopping, sightseeing, and exploring Gangtok. The stay made our holiday memorable, and we’d happily come back.

The food was a pleasant surprise: Hotel Rendezvous had skilled chefs, and everything we tried, including North Indian dishes like Aloo ka Paratha, was delicious and properly made. They also helped us apply for the Nathula Pass permit. The staff were helpful and well behaved, and the two receptionists were calm and polite. With complimentary breakfast every day and MG Marg just a two-minute walk away, it was a perfect spot for shopping or sightseeing. My stay was 10/10, and it made my Gangtok visit feel especially great.

The location worked really well for getting around Gangtok, and there’s plenty of parking. Service was good, and I enjoyed the breakfast too. I’d definitely recommend staying here.

For the price, this is a great hotel in Gangtok. The staff were excellent, and manager shri Shambhu was especially kind and polite.

It’s a peaceful place, and the entrance is lovely, though you do have to walk uphill a little to reach it. The hotel itself is large, with spacious rooms and a big conference hall.
