Hotel Samrat

The meal was the highlight for me at family restaurant shish mahal. The dishes looked lovely, tasted fresh, and had a great balance of spices. My favorite was the [name of dish], cooked just right and full of aroma. The [dessert name] was an equally impressive way to finish. The room had comfortable seating, nice lighting, and a relaxed, welcoming feel. Staff were polite and attentive without hovering. They explained the menu and suggested things to suit our preferences. I had a delightful visit and would gladly come back. ⭐ 10/10

The restaurant was nice, and the staff were helpful and behaved well throughout my stay. The rooms and shared areas were clean and well kept. A very comfortable, clean hotel.

Breakfast was great, with lots of options, and the staff were very good. The rooms were cozy and the bathroom was well maintained. Had an awesome stay, highly recommend.

I came here with my family, and the restaurant staff member Mr.Somnath spoke abusively to me. He didn't want to provide service and said insulting things to my wife and mother. He told us the owner was asleep and wouldn't come, and that we should speak to him instead. The manager didn't even have the manners to apologize after this rude treatment. A terrible experience. I would ask everyone to stay away.
